A corporate group from Turkey would like to set up a subsidiary in Germany. After a preliminary exchange by telephone and written communication, a decision maker from the Turkish group will come to OISIO in Aachen. From 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. there will be discussions on accounting with the tax consultant, from 3 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. the articles of association and the employment contract for the managing director will be drawn up with the legal consultant. At 5.30 p.m. the notary will come and notarise the articles of association. By 7 p.m., i.e. only four hours later, everything will be settled so that the Turkish guest can return home and the company can be incorporated. |
